So, my advice to this salesperson?
- Language choices matter. I know FOMO (fear of missing out) is a real thing, but I am not a fan of shaming language in a sales pitch.
- Check your links. ALWAYS make sure any link you are going to send out if functioning. Test multiple times and have others proof before you send out.
